“So upon arrival to Nuestra Casa I was very displeased. The pool was visibly dirty as well as the kitchen area. I spoke with a manager at their sister hotel Casa Oro and they were very accommodating and switched my room. My stay at Ana Lucia was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.”

“We did get the room that only has a standing fan which was extremely loud. There were other rooms with different fans that were more quiet. Otherwise great location, everything walkable, it was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was fine but starts only at 8am. ”

We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. “Loved the pool area, did not realize all rooms did not have AC but we got to switch rooms to much nicer one with AC. The towels were washed but stained dirty, the sink drain leaked all over the floor and the bathroom doorknob came off when trying to leave the bathroom. The owner seemed very nice but the manager was not friendly, didn’t give us any intro to anything at check in. Do not recommend unless you’re looking for a quick cheap overnight on the way to somewhere else. It’s too bad because...

“This is a fake listing. I got no correspondence from the provider on how to get to the place or where to go. GPS it and upon arrival there was nothing there just a vacant lot. All attempts to contact the provider failed and went to nonexistence phone numbers or messages. Non-refundable so they stole my money. I would like my money back. This place doesn’t exist in this listing is fake. You should not recommend it anymore.”
