“The condo was exactly as described. Large wrap around covered deck overlooking a small lake. The lake has a walking path for owners/guests. There is a small fishing platform however we didnt use it. Location was very quiet yet close to everything. Highly recommend this vacation rental!”

“We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.”

“We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that.”

“What a perfect place for a centrally located spot! It is SO quiet, has great security (and privacy), and is extremely clean. It's a sweet retreat with everything as advertised. "The check-in took far to long was not good. 10 minutes for a prepaid room at 11pm is not OK. The room was prepaid and all my details when I booked the room. Why go through the process again. Plus the staff was not used to dealing with international guests I assume. I don't know about American ID but Swedish IDs does not have a living adress on it. I don't think any EU IDs does. This was a problem which lead to I had to write down my adress on a separate paper for the person to enter nto his system Even witht the written down adress he asked me to state my adress again? Why did I write it down in the first place? Breakfast could definetly have been better. Cold potatoes that were not cooked through properly. Eggs were also cold. Also strange but not a problem I guess, the bathroom towels were not kept in the bathroom? I didn't notice when I jumped in the shower. Had to walk through my room we to get one."
