“Katastrofal. Sämsta hotell vistelsen någonsin. Dålig service och dålig kommunikation. Arrogant personal. ”

“Value for money”

“Great room and WiFi. Couldn't access the pool due to heavy rain unfortunately. Wished we had stayed longer. One of the better hotels we had in Saudi Arabia. Close to the airport. ”

“Price is reasonable but when you add the taxi charges from and to the airport, the total price gets higher. The bathroom is very tiny and one struggles with using commode.”

“Good.”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and the service was excellent throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel is not far from Al Haram, and they provide a free shuttle bus to Al Haram approximately every hour, which makes getting there very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Makkah and would definitely stay here again.”

“Very friendly place to stay at. Good service and excellent food. Here I will stay next time I am back in Jeddah.”

“Everything was great”

“Läge var bra. Personalen var trevliga och hjälpsamma. Hotellet var rent.”

“I had a very pleasant stay at M Hotel Makkah by Millennium. The staff are helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast is very good with a nice selection. The hotel is conveniently located close to Al Haram, with good and easy transportation connections, which makes getting to and from the Haram very convenient.”

“الذي أعجبني موقعه على الشارع العام وقربه من جميع الخدمات والمولات الذي لم يعجبني . الأسرة غير مريحة على الإطلاق قاسية جدا عدم تعاون الموظفين خدمة الغرف سيئة دخلنا في الليل بعد موعد الدخول بساعات وقبل موعد الخروج تم الاتصال علينا وإخبارنا انه لو تأخرنا عن موعد المغادرة سيتم احتساب ليلة”
