The room was very clean and comfy and the breakfast offer was nice. But our thanks go especially to the hotel receptionist who helped us resolve some issues with our trip (totally unrelated to the hotel!!) - he really spend a good time to find information, call and generally navigate through the trouble. Thank you again so much!

It was a very nice stay. And the ac was very good in 35 degrees Lyon, the only problem we had was that the door was closed and no one answered the phone when we arrived, but it was solved by calling the reception. Very nice hotel

The hotel itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views over Lyon that made our visit even more special. Everything was spotless, and both the room and the common areas were impeccably clean and well maintained. The service...

The best location. Very nice and helpful staff. Perfect room for one person. Good size and nice bed. Good value for money. Nice restaurants close to the hotel and also in the old town. Very safe location.
