“This property is absolutely gorgeous! Of course we were sad that the drought has dried the lake in front of the cabins but it's all around you. We saw deer, rabbit, fox, raccoon and birds everywhere. The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated! We had everything we needed. We spent 5 days and will definitely be back! This will be a favorite for us. I forgot the wild berries and there are hammocks between many of the Cypress trees.”

“Lots to do in a remote location. Pool was nice, an outdoor playground and trails. My 6 yo grandson and I throughly enjoyed ourselves. Wifi is extremely slow, ATT was weak and no TV in room. But still a good time ”

“This house was a short drive to river walk. Clean house with everything to fit our family of four. 2 adults and our 11 year old twins. Very comfortable. We traveled by train to San Antonio. 9 min drive from train station and 2 min drive to river walk and a 23 min drive to sea world. 3 bedroom and one bath and we only used 2 bed with plenty room to spare. Owners lived on property on back and were very nice. No complaints on this stay at all. Would definitely stay her again.”

“This place is just the right distance from town to give you peace and quiet in the Texas Hill Country. It is comfortable and private. Enjoy the birds and other wildlife as you relax and relax and unwind.”

“We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and quiet. The only issue I have is the listing said it sleeps four. In reality it only sleeps 2-3 adults. Two kids could probably fit on the futon as it is about the size of a twin bed. Other than that our stay was great and we had a lot of fun at the Bluebonnet Festival.”

“Trevligt hotell mitt i San Antonio bredvid Alamo fortet. Rummet är rymligt med kingsize säng, dusch och wc inne i badrummet och handfatet utanför, men handfatet är brett och lösningen fungerar bra. Trägolv inne i rummet och utsikt mot gatan. Varm frukost som serveras på morgonen, och tacos som bjuds på i baren vid happy hour. Finns gym och mötesrum. Valetparkeringen är dyr som på alla hotell i staden, men det finns gott om garage där man kan parkera själv till lägre kostnad.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable and the free breakfast was great. There’s also a wonderful Mexican restaurant you can walk too next to the hotel . The park and ride is close too if you don’t want the hassle of parking in town . The pool area was lovely but the pool is not heated so it was cold when we stayed and the jets in the hot tub didn’t work very well. I would definitely stay here again ”
