Babis was a perfect host - he loaded the fridge with breakfast items, snacks, juices, and waters, and also showed us a map with detailed restaurant descriptions and fun beaches.The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment is exactly as pictured. Town was an easy 10 minute walk and popular beaches were about 10-25 minutes away by car (if staying on the North side of the island.) “This so called villa was dirty , not well kept. No air conditioning. The property was dangerous to drive to. It was out of the way and near a heli port. The location noted on Expedia of Platis Yialos was not accurate. It was no where near it. The villa requested we wire transfer the funds to hold the property months before so there would be no recourse. We left and found rooms elsewhere. Terrible. Lost out deposit of 130o. Euros. The villa requested about 3000 euros for five days...

“The villa is very nice. The pool view is terrific and the porch seating is very pleasant. Kitchen is well enough stoked to feed a family with ample seating. One bathroom (small) was a bit of a challenge and the smallest room has no window, closet, etc. Location is good with good, local restaurants within walking distance, but the hike up/down the hill is steep(ish) if you don't rent a car. “Absolutely perfect. Newly renovated villa right on crystal blue waters. Very spacious. Cleaned daily. Service by the staff is impeccable. Basically like have a full time concierge to help with any recommendations of reservations. ”

“The property was very clean. There are many amenities and the management company left a wonderful welcome basket for our arrival which included many traditional Greek treats and homemade olive oil. Andreas was very helpful in providing suggestions for places to go, beaches to see and restaurants. The whole experience was top notch and I would highly recommend booking the villa as well as using that management company.”

“The property is amazing. The house is situated in the hills overlooking the ocean and mountains which gives it a spectacular view. The house is very clean with daily cleaning and laundry service. The host is a very gracious and nice lady who personally provides a traditional Greek breakfast daily. I highly recommend this house”

" A Flawless Stay Thanks to Exceptional Hospitality! Our recent stay was nothing short of perfect, largely thanks to the incredible owner, Antonis, who is truly amazing. From the moment we arrived, Antonis was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. His dedication to guest satisfaction is evident in every detail. The a la carte breakfast was a highlight each morning – absolutely amazing with a wonderful variety of delicious options. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring. The hotel also boasts amazing areas to hang out, offering inviting spaces to relax and socialize. Beyond Antonis, all the staff were amazing, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. The location is excellent, conveniently situated right by a bus stop, making it incredibly easy to get around. We experienced a truly flawless stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. "
