In its spacious 300 m2 of living area, the fully air-conditioned Villa Gradina offers a total of 5 bedrooms equipped with double beds. 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa, each with its own bathroom and shower cabin.
The sunlit open-plan ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a beautiful living room with a fireplace. The 5th bedroom with its own bathroom is located on the ground floor. The bright living room offers direct access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful swimming pool measuring 4 m x 8 m and 1.5 m deep.
