“This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

“We had a fantastic experience at Kashmir Hotel and Spa. The staff was very professional, courteous and polite. The food was really delicious and plentiful. The hotel was quite, you can rest well. The only part I didn't enjoy personally was the massage I got. It was good technique but did not much besides that. ”

“The spa area was ok, as well as the treatments, however the treatments were all shorter than stated. The main issue was that not too many of the staff spoke English, which would be expected at a 5 star hotel. Those who did though were friendly. Also the hairdryer in the room got overheated every minute which isn’t optimal for a spa hotel, however the staff did send a new hairdryer to the room which was working sufficiently when asked about this. ”

“Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.”
