“Ottimo appartamento situato nel centro di Velletri, distante circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Catia, la proprietaria, è stata sin da subito disponibilissima nel rispondere a delle mie domande e a consigliarmi come muovermi in paese, fornendomi anche delle convenzioni con alcune attività commerciali locali. Ottima pulizia e curato nei minimi dettagli con anche macchinetta del caffè,capsule e varii stuzzichini. Bellissima sorpresa arrivare e trovare l'appartamento già fresco e con un ottima...

“The hotel has only five guest rooms, which assures that the extremely welcoming staff are always attentive. Before my stay, I was concerned about traffic noise, which was not at all an issue due to excellent sound insulation. In fact, I never heard a sound from adjoining rooms or the common area. Excellent free WiFi. Good location near Barberini Metro station and a substantial grocery store. I'll definitely stay there again.”

“Hemos estado 6 noches y Todo de 10, no podemos decir nada malo del lugar, ni del trato ni de la ubicación. Una maravilla, Fausto es un anfitrión maravilloso, atento y siempre responde con rapidez. La ubicación no puede ser mejor, en pleno trastevere pero una calle tranquila, fabuloso. Y el nidito una pasada, dispone de todo lo necesario y más, muy acogedor. Volveremos! ”
