"Overall a pleasant hotell, but sadly suffering from understaffed reception, often empty, and a very strong emphasis being put into forcing the guests to check-in themselves through in-effective terminals not befit the stature of the hotel. Had hotell staff eventually aiding us by checking in manually after seeing our tiredness. Very polite and helpful while doing so. Another big issue was that it was very hot in our room, even though it was only in April. There was no way to change the temperature due to central heating, the thermostat was of no help since it was was only for maintenance purposes, no AC. Was offered a fan, or recommended to open the window. Opening a window invites a lot of noise due to the busy road outside. When checking out there was no staff in sight in the reception to present a complaint to. At least the terminal was easy for checking out. Would not recommend a stay."
