“An amazing villa in a great location. As other reviews have mentioned this is a resort in itself with an impressive infinity pool set into a lovely olive grove landscape across several levels. The views all the way down to the coastline are amazing. Large rooms all with great bathrooms and a really well furnished living space. Good outdoor areas to eat and spend time together. Local Cafe de L'union is great and the delightful Cabris is within a 25 min or so walking distance too. The driveway is...

“Beautiful house overlooking Monaco - our family stayed for 2 weeks. Pros: The host/owner Caroline was lovely, and communication was brilliant right from the start. The downstairs areas were great, the outside terrace was amazing. The location/view was spectacular and made all the difference. The pool and pool area was fantastic. Caroline left flipflops, beach robes, towels etc., just what you need for a pool holiday. It was all just as per the listing photos. Cons: bedrooms were a little small...

“This property is a real gem. The grounds and garden are truly wonderful. There are so many spaces to enjoy. Pool area, multiple outdoor dining areas, well stocked outdoor kitchen… The home itself is exceptionally well equipped and everything worked perfectly and is well maintained. “My family of five, including three young children, had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful with a great layout (both indoors and out) and lovely view of the sea. The kids enjoyed being able to play ping pong in addition to swimming in the huge pool. We especially liked the proximity not only to Cannes itself but to other nearby towns such as Antibes, St. Paul de Vence, Mougins and Valbonne by car and St. Tropez by boat. Great spot for exploring the Cote d'Azure in general!...

“The house and grounds are really impressive and you could look at the view all day House is well equipped especially if you like cooking Pool was a good size and allowed you to cool off when the temperatures rose Drive down from the village took a bit of getting used to but we can confirm it is only a 20 minute walk up the hill and somewhat quicker on the way down Shops and restaurants in chateauneuf are good - check the marche paysant at the base of the old village for local veg produce”

“We had a wonderful vacation at Annes and Thierrys house. We were two families (4 adults and 4 kids). Everything was very clean, spacious and modern. Air condition in every room. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. Anne and Thierry are very nice hosts, showed us the house at arrival and we could contact them whenever we had a question. We can recommrend a stay at the house very much!”

The host was so accomodating and quick to answer any questions or concerns we had, and the check in/check out process was seamless. “Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat sehr viel Flair und ist mit Stil eingerichtet. Wir waren 7 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder. Bis auf ein Zimmer hat jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad. Der Garten mit Pool ist super. Im vorderen Bereich des pools ist es flacher, so dass auch die kleinen vorne stehen konnten. Es ist sehr ruhig. Haus hat eigene Einfahrt mit Parkplätzen in umzäuntem Bereich. Es ist alles vorhanden, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, sowohl für Bad als auch für den Pool. Es war alles...

“Vi reste med vänner och vi hittade kryp i båda rummen, våra vänner i sängen, vi på toaletten. Nybyggt ställe så antagligen för att städningen inte sköts som den borde… Fint ställe annars men ligger mitt i ingenstans med noll utsikt. 20-30 minuter med bil till Nice, 5-10 till närmaste affär/restaurang. Poolen är kall och det finns för få solstolar som dessutom ”paxas” tidigt varje morgon av de många tyskar/holländare som bor på hotellet. Receptionen är låst långa stunder under dagen och lyckas...

“Stayed here for the Rugby World Cup in Nice and we were recommended Antibes as a quiet alternative. Right by the motorway, easy access to Nice, Cannes and Monaco. We had a car and parking was available indoors at a cost. The hotel was excellent though. Clean, friendly staff, great rooms and a nice pool. ”
