"A very nice place, and unfortunately we noticed some negative reviews on the state of this old hotel, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. Italy is old and perhaps not for everyone. Staff is kind and service very good. The spa and swimming pool are great bonuses. The location of the hotel by the lake shore is second to none. This is really good value for money. Adding to that the restaurant and bar are terrific. "

"The hotel is located in a boring area with nothing to do or see, but excellent for an overnight stay before leaving for Malpensa airport. - The beds were good and big. - The hotel room was nice and clean but outdated. - The breakfast was great, the only thing missing was some freashly baked bread. The honey cake was a big nice surprise. I have never seen that at a hotel breakfast before. - The gym was free and open 24 hours, but only had the basics, like dumbells and treadmills. - The service was excellent with free shuttle service to the airport every 45 min most of the day (I guess during Malpensa Airport open hours). - Unfortunately there were some mosquitoes outside during the evening. All and all, a nice clean but a little outdated hotel out in the outskirts. I would say it was an 2.5 to 3 star hotel."
