âThis place is located on the perfect street in Venice to restaurants, bars, beach and whole foods. The staff is so nice and really wants to help. The rooms are good. The isolation might be bit poor for someone who donât want to hear their neighbours. The check in experience is great and super convenient. The sheets feels bit old and could be switched out to newer ones in my opinion. â

âOne of the worse experiences I have had in LA. I don't generally give negative reviews lightly so I wanted to take a few days to think about it first - but yes this was not a great stay. Out of several negative things, the one that stuck out the most was the service. One example - we came back to the hotel after dinner and wanted to have a drink at the restaurant bar before going to the room. It's about half-empty. We tell the gentleman working at the restaurant that we won't be eating and only...
âJust did one night as planned. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice large patio area full of flowers a couple tables and chairs. Unfortunately our bedroom face the road so you could hear traffic during the night. They had two sets of earplugs you could use. You stay again but room towards the back.â
âGreat location just next to the beach and the busiest part of Venice Beach. Super helpful and friendly staff. No issues with AC. Plenty of space in the room. Big fresh bathroom. Rooftop was cozy with great afternoon views. The elevator is old, charming but messy if you are carrying a lot of bags.â

"Great location at Venice Beach. Nice and helpful staff. Big rooms. Table with two chairs, the table was a bit unstable. Many restaurants nearby. Some nightlife and emergency vehicles at night did wake you up but manageable.
One big disappointment was that there was WiFi very slow version and you have to pay to get better but not much better speed. No information about this at webpage or when booking. Expect this by the big chain hotels but normally small hotels like this has free and often fairly good Wifi. "
"Area outside the hotel is really beautiful. Hotel is situated in a perfect place, calm, secure/safe, beautiful area.
But service at the hotel is way too expensive. They have the service offers but to prices most people cannot pay for. Who pays landry service at prices of 16 usd per blouse/pants, 11 usd per t-shirt, 6 usd per socks?? Everything very expensive at the hotel.
To me expensive hotel with medioker standard in general compared to price per night and service offers prices. But the hotel is situated at beautiful area and you feel safe at the hotel for sure.

"Despite having Gold VIP Access through Expedia, the staff did not acknowledge or honor the associated benefits during our stay.
We were looking forward to using the complimentary fitness access at Goldâs Gym, as mentioned on the hotelâs homepage. However, upon arrival, we were clearly informed that this benefit was not included, despite what was stated on the website. This was one of the reasons we booked the hotel, and itâs crucial that the hotel provide accurate information to its customers.
Additionally, the âGuest Amenity Fee Inclusionsâ provided with our room keycard mentioned âPreferred Seating at the High Rooftop Lounge.â When we arrived, we were told that no such seating was available. If the hotel promises a service, itâs important to deliver on it."
"Good value for the money. We opted for a cheaper motel since we just needed a place to sleep within walking distance from the beach, and had an overall great stay at Lincoln Inn. Spacious clean room with comfy bed and easy access to parking on the premises. Friendly staff.
