Good location , water taxi, 10 mins, plenty of bars , shops etc close by. Great staff - always happy to help. Def recommend but be aware of steps to reach accommodation!

Room was comfy and clean. Antonella was wonderful! Breakfast provided was amazing and view from the shared patio was beautiful! Property has two bathrooms shared between all guests but we didn’t have any issues. The only downfall to property is the 4 flights of stairs we had to climb. That is the only reason I’m not giving this location 5 stars.

Our experience was fantastic! The place is beautiful and comfortable, our hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. We couldn't be happier with our experience, and we'll definitely return for another visit.

Great room on the top floor. (It required 4 flights of stairs, so be prepared for that.) Hostess was delightful and made us feel comfortable. There were two full bathrooms shared between 4 rooms total and we never had a conflict taking turns. We were able to use the kitchen if we wanted. We loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast and at sunset. Breakfast was served 8:30-10:30am, fyi. Bed was comfy and area was quiet 10pm to 7am.

A 40th in Venice

It was a very homely stay with the wonderful Antonella being there from the minute we arrived and every morning to serve us breakfast. The room was a great size, the location was perfect and quiet and close to one of the main ferry stops. We absolutely loved our time there.

Antonella est très accueillante. Elle facilite toujours le séjour de ses Hotes:arrivée, départ, bagages. Il n’y a pas les contraintes de l’hôtel. Les petits déjeuners servis sur la terrasse sont un bonheur et très bons. Je recommande vivement.

Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sauber, hell. Morgens gab es ein feines, kleines Frühstück auf der Terrasse über den Dächern Venedigs. Die 2 Gemeinschaftsbäder waren sauber. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Antonella was a remarkable host! We enjoyed meeting her and hearing about her grandmother and the paintings on the walls. It was a welcoming start to our first visit to Venice. The breakfast was delicious.

Clean and friendly host. The stairs are killer. We found all beds in Italy uncomfortable and hot water unreliable all over and no different here. Two bathrooms for 4 rooms was a little uncomfortable. Noise from the restaurant downstairs lasts until late. Not a bad place, maybe we just aren't B&B people.

Wow. Just wow. You will not be disappointed in the bed, cold AC for sleeping after a hot summer day walk, location is perfect, the view is unmatched, and the breakfast was fantastic. Quiet street and close to it all. We are seasoned travelers and this was top 3 of all the places we’ve ever stayed. Book it and relax you’ve made a wise decision.

Quaint B&B in Venice

Delightful place to stay to get an authentic feel for life in Venice. Having breakfast on the terrace was a a real treat. A great way to start your day. Hostess was thoughtful and attentive in spite of the fact that we speak different languages. I was surprised with the bathroom sharing. I wasn’t expecting this, though it worked out fine. The steps were very challenging with luggage. It would have been helpful to know ahead. Having some common space outside our bedroom was nice. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much!

Website description is misleading.You are renting a room with the use of SHARED BATHROOM and KITCHEN. You depend upon how clean the bathroom is after ether renters use it and since there is no dishwasher , how well dishwasher are cleaned by other renters.Overall the place looks worn down. Several switches are broken, the light above bathroom sink is broken, bathroom window “fixed” with a tape.Location is excellent.We stayed 2 night only and it was OK but would not stay again.The place is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator.
