This bright, newly renovated apartment is located on the third floor of a building just a stone's throw from Campo San Giacomo dall'Orio.

Suitable for everyone, couples and families, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

With a modern style and elegantly furnished, it consists of an entrance, living room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom, single bedroom, small terrace and bathroom with shower.

It is located in a strategic position: in just 7 minutes on foot you can reach Santa Lucia train station, in 10 minutes the majestic Rialto Bridge. The nearest vaporetto stops are Riva de Biasio or San Stae.

For greater comfort during your stay, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet access, heating, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, as well as every kind of useful kitchen appliance.

In the Santa Croce district and near the characteristic Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio, one of the most loved by Venetians, you will find numerous bars and restaurants, but if you prefer a dinner in the privacy of your home, there is a well-stocked supermarket just a few metres away.

Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.

The published price includes the commissions that are borne by the guest.

Newly remodeled apartment so it was very pleasant to stay. The only opportunity is to change the shower temperature lever because we had to continuously move it back and forth because the temperatures were too extreme. It would be too hot or too cold.

Check-in was great, Marina met us at the property and was super helpful. She provided timely and complete text communication to help us with the apartment, travel, and local restaurants. This property includes the Venice tax in the payment, this was easier than some other properties which require you to pay in cash the day of arrival. This property provided soaps, air conditioning was more than ample. The property was very clean. The only challenge was it was on the 3rd floor and carrying up suitcases is not for the faint of heart. Overall, I would have no concerns with recommending this property and I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location (less touristy, but still close to everything). The outdoor space overlooking the Venetian roofs and the bell tower was amazing, and having air conditioning was a wonderful perk. The apartment was clean and lovely. Highly recommend.

Great!

We loved staying here! The only thing to note is that it’s about a 10 minute walk from the train and 15 from where you can pick up taxis to/from the airport. It’s a very nice place with an especially large shower compared to the other places in Italy that we’ve stayed. We loved it!

Modern apartment in Sante Croce!

Lovely bright, clean apartment with ease to get to many locales within Venice. Lots of steps to get up to it. Nice rooftop views from balcony. Obviously this unit has been renovated as everything is modern. Restaurants, grocery store, bakery and enoteca within 5 minutes. Had a great time, would stay here again.

Feel Like Locals in Venice

This was the perfect apartment in Venice. Ideal location that was a quick walk from the train station and all the main tourist attractions, but far enough away that the area was quiet and charming. We loved the nearby square that had plenty of good restaurants, bars, cafes, and even a market. The apartment was exactly as pictured, very clean and spacious, and the view from the balcony will take your breath away. The check in process was very smooth, and the team was very communicative and reached out several days before check in to arrange a time to meet. They were very responsive in answering any questions we had. We would stay here again in a heart beat if we come back to Venice!

Int the heart of Venice. Excellent apartment, 15 minute walk from the station or the San Marco parking station. Many sights nearby. 2 minutes to excellent restaurants and bar and supermarket. The host was very helpful and i would recommend this property.

Nice place close to everything

This is a great place to stay in Venice. It's a short walk from the parking garage, about 20 minutes. With your bags it's a haul over 3 or 4 bridges, but that's the norm here, and if you can't carry they have people with carts to take your stuff. I don't know what they charge though, we just carried ours. The only issue we encountered was it's on the third deck up some tight staircases. The elevator doesn't work(age of the building). We're in good shape, but someone not ready for some exercise could have a problem. It would have been better if that was in the listing. If it was in the ad and I overlooked it then I apologize.

Grandads Trip With Granddaughters

This was my first trip away with just the granddaughters. Apartment was great, location the same so no complaints at all. The information brochure was accurate and helpful Small thing, water is shower ran cold during use and heating needed to be set from thermostat. I also run properties for rent in Cyprus and maybe suggest a small welcome pack especially for late arrivals like tea, milk, sugar etc, its a nice touch! Best Regards, Kevin
