Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger på andra våningen i en mysig privat Palazzetto med en privat trappa. Fastigheten har nyligen restaurerats med utmärkta ytor, centralvärme och luftkonditionering och träplankgolv. Den består av entré, vardagsrum med öppet kök, fyra eleganta dubbelrum, två med dubbelsängar och två med tvillingar. Boområdet består av en matplats med bord för 8 och ett kök med diskmaskin, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn. Interiören i denna eleganta och förfinade lägenhet är en perfekt kombination av italienska stilar från förflutna och nutid. Rummen skapar en personlig och unik atmosfär. Lägenheten har också två badrum med dusch, i ett finns en tvättmaskin med en typisk venetiansk klädstreck utanför fönstret. Great location with wonderful hosts

Property location is great and is very comfortable, with two full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. Working air conditioning. Maria and Carlo are great with communication and with helping to get transportation and recommendations. A very comfortable stay, with top notch hosts. Highly recommended.

Great Location

We stayed for 2 nights. The hosts were great - they set up water taxi's for us and had a bunch of dinner recommendations. They met us at the house to go over a bunch of information about the apartment. It's a great location - very walkable to many spots that are worth visiting!

Love this Venice home

We loved that Carlo met us at the train station as it was our first time visiting Venice. He and Maria arranged a private water taxi. Carlo then brought us to the house and told us great places to go and see. After that he gave us a mini tour of the area. The house was clean, comfortable and everything pictured. It was so nice to have air conditioning after the hot summer days. Restaurants, shops and sites are all close. We would stay here again 100%.

Fabulous property with lots charm and helpful hosts

First of all, the hosts were incredible. They scheduled a water taxi twice for us - once from the train station to the property and once at the end from the property to the airport. We were unexpectedly greeted at the train station by our host who kindly helped us navigate the water taxi and escorted us to the property. He then spent many minutes explaining the city and marked special places on a map. These acts of kindness made our trip so much easier, as it was our first time visiting the city. The property itself was very spacious and had the necessary amenities. The windows were very charming with shutters you could open and close for extra privacy. The location was terrific - within a 10-15 minute walk to all the main attractions. Thanks for a wonderful visit to Venice!

Fantastic family experience

Just what we needed for our brief stop in Venice. The apartment is in a fantastic location for excursions around Venice, and the size/layout comfortably supported our family of 6. Perfect Location

Amazing home

Everything was perfect. From the initial booking to the checkout Maria and her son were great. Her son met us at the boat and walked us to the home and showed us how to use everything. Also, She text us a great list restaurant recommendations. They helped book water taxis multiple times, one time very late at night when my sisters flight was delayed by hours. Maria frequently communicated with us leading up to our stay and was very responsive. Will definitely recommend

Excellent, apartment and host are wonderful!

The apt is as described. Centrally located and great for our group of 7. Very quiet area street. Ac in all rooms. Even better is the host family. Helped us arrange water taxis to and from and their son met us at the drop off. They gave great recommendations for dinners, sights and gelato :). We would to stay here again if we come back to Venice.

Wonderful hosts!

Maria arranged for water taxi to pick us up at the airport and drop us in Venice where we were led to our apartment only 2 minutes away! They also arranged a water taxi to take us to meet our tour guide upon departure. Had an excellent dinner one night based on their recommendation!

Great location & space

The location of this property is very centrally located with plenty of space. The 4 bedrooms are large, the bathrooms are updated and beautiful, and the kitchen is equipped well. The hosts were informative & easy to communicate with. There are 2 flights of steps to get into the apartment though so something to think about before booking. Otherwise a great place!

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Maria arranged a water taxi for us from the train station, and Carlo met us when we got off to show us to the apartment. He then gave us a run down of Venice and showed us where a few things were. They responded quickly to all my questions. The location was great and the apartment was real nice! Would definitely stay here again!
