We loved our time in Venice at this great apartment just around the corner from a vibrant piazza. The four rooms were comfortable... the bathrooms were modern... and we found every amenity we needed. Big thanks to our hosts, who were so helpful. Maria called multiple water taxis for us, and Carlo met us at the train station to ensure we found our way to the docks. Carlo also gave us a tour of the local area: markets, restaurant recommendations, transportation. We felt very much at home and would happily stay here again.

Charming stay in great location. Host met us at water taxi they arranged and spent time showing us the apartment and how to get to various sights. They also sent a map and recommendations for restaurants. We were a group of 8 and had enough room and beds for all. The place was very clean and the clothes washer came in very handy. There are many stairs to reach the apartment which were difficult for my elderly mother. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

Our group of 8 (two families with 2 pre-teens kids each) found our perfect stay in Venice here. The host was very helpful once we booked, greeted us at the train station and did a great job of explaining the house, nearby sites and even gave us a quick walking tour of the area. They were very responsive with any questions and the house is centrally located and well stocked.

This place is amazing! Great location and has AC! Carlo and Maria are fantastic hosts. We accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment and Carlo traveled over an hour from outside Venice to let us in. I insisted on paying him for his time and he refused to take it. Thank you Carlo! Top level service. I highly recommend this apartment. You will not be disappointed.

Owner of the property is exceptional. They helped me to coordinate my transport and waiting for us by water transport and even helping on our luggage to give us preliminary tour of Venice which was enough to know the area well. They even helped us to go to Milan and return to Venice . Amazing people. The property is very clean , Everyone room has AC and cool and bathroom are all clean and up to date. We were family of 7 and everyone had fun in this house. When you get out of the property there are great restaurants , store and gelato and pastry shops and coffee shop right there. Close to San Marcus square and academia. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay at this Vrbo in Venice was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the property owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He personally met us at the property, took the time to walk us through everything in detail, and shared so much helpful information about Venice, the neighborhood, and the best ways to experience the city like a local. The apartment itself was perfectly located for exploring Venice while still feeling peaceful and authentic. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality. The owners genuinely cared that our family had an amazing experience and made us feel completely at home from start to finish. You can tell they take tremendous pride in both the property and in helping guests fall in love with Venice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic, welcoming, and memorable Venice experience.

Fantastic family experience

Just what we needed for our brief stop in Venice. The apartment is in a fantastic location for excursions around Venice, and the size/layout comfortably supported our family of 6. The hosts were very communicative throughout the booking processes, and helped us to map out a plan to make the most out of our short time in Venice.

Great spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Maria arranged a water taxi for us from the train station, and Carlo met us when we got off to show us to the apartment. He then gave us a run down of Venice and showed us where a few things were. They responded quickly to all my questions. The location was great and the apartment was real nice!
