    En vacker lägenhet med mycket bra storlek med fantastisk utsikt över Campo San Degolà och kanalen framåt, och den lilla gatan - "Salizada Dei Fondaco Dei Turchi" - bakom.
    Sova upp de 8 gästerna på 1: a våningen nås med hiss eller trappa från gemensam hall på bottenvåningen, består lägenheten av en mycket rymlig huvudsitting och matsal med glänsande venetianska terrazzo golv, dekorerade bjälkar hängde med ljuskronor, en matsal svit på baksidan och gott om bekväma sittplatser hela tiden.
    Det fullt utrustade köket / frukostrummet till ena sidan av huvudrummet är modernt och välutrustat, medan de två stilfullt presenterade dubbelrummen (ett med öppen spis - inte i bruk) har sina egna smarta badrum - ett med ett badkar och dusch över och den andra med stor dusch.
    Det tredje sovrummet som sitter mellan de ovan nämnda sovrummen är mysigt och kompakt och har en soffa / utdragbar sovplats 2 medan ytterligare ett vardagsrum på framsidan och motsatt sida av lägenheten har en dubbel bäddsoffa (återigen sover två) och en badrum med w. c. och bara handfat.

Wonderful Venice Stay

There were 7 of us (4 adults, 3 teenagers) and there was plenty of for everyone. Their communication with us was terrific from the time we booked through the stay. They also met us on arrival to show us everything about the apartment. Great location as well.

Spacious and uncluttered. Everything worked. Check in was excellent - Enrica was very helpful. We would certainly come again.

The property is in a very convenient location, within walking distance of The Basilica Square, a brisk 15 minutes away. The place is as it advertises. The host actually sent a representative to greet us and go over the amenities. It is a very spacious place, as stated on the website. It can host up to 10 people if you want to. I would definitely come back to stay here. The only thing I would suggest for them to improve on the shower stalls is the spacing and amenities for placing things like toiletry bags. We took a while to figure out how to use the laundry machine. So I would personally ask them how to use it while the host/representative greets you. Overall, it is as advertised: a convenient, spacious, and very clean location. I would definitely come back here again.

Spacious, elegant, well appointed, surprising, wonderful

A family of 6, we well well received, this home is in a quiet area, yet close to everything. Bakery, grocery store, some excellent restaurants, a small park/square, two gelerias, sundry stores are within two minutes walk. Train station 9 minutes walk away.San marco less than 20 minutes away Best possible location in Venice/Sanata Croce . Furniture nd Kitchen as modern as can be, all very clean, and almost all looking new. We'll be bck !

Great quiet location

Loved the house and the location was great for being close enough to everything without it being loud or having constant traffic. We had several kids and were able to easily walk to all the sights from the apartment. The washer downstairs is nice, just the dryer doesn't seem to get the clothes all the way dry without a few cycles. Check in was easy to meet with someone and they showed us around the apartment which was nice since the air/heat system is something we aren't familiar with.

has lift. good for ppl w mobility issue ! i would recommend their water taxi service if you travel large fanily w many luggages or bikes or strollerd ! they will pick you up from the train station then few minutes ride fdrop you off at the property cross one bridge then you there ! very friendly staff great for family.near water taxi! walkable every where few water taxi stopsrialto bridge!! they offer private water taxi to n from airport ! i highly recommend because i have movility issues

Wonderful and quiet

We loved this apartment. We traveled with 2 families and it was perfect for our group. The rooms were large and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the location although the walk to St. Mark’s square was about 20 minutes. You can also use the water taxi service. Because of this, it was very quiet and peaceful in the area and not many tourists. Communication with the company was easy and they were very responsive with any questions. We were meet by a representative to review the apartment and instructions for keys, etc. Very smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Views on Venice. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Great experience!

We loved our stay at Ca' Del Monastero 4 Collection in Santa Croce. There were 2 families with 4 kids ages 16-23 and we were there during a heat wave in July. The bldg is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that was close enough to have a COOP and great restaurants around the corner and the train station just a 10 min walk away, but far away from the crowds and noise. It was about a 20 min walk over the Rialto Bridge to St. Marks Square The apartment was spotless and the A/C was great. There were absolutely no issues and it was a 100% pleasant and positive experience. My one suggestion is to have some folding chairs that can be taken to the square in front of the bldg to enjoy a glass of wine with the view of the canal to watch late night gondolas glide by and residents come home from work on a quiet night. It was just beautiful and we would love to stay there again. The staff arranged for a water taxi from the airport and that was a super special way to get to Venice. Check in was very easy and everyone I communicated with from the mgmt was pleasant and responded within a few hours. If you're looking for a quiet place to rest after a busy day in Venice, don't hesitate to book this place!

Experiencia NEGATIVA, vecina de arriba personas muy mayores, SIEMPRE QUEJÁNDOSE, llamaban reireradas veces a la puerta molestando con sus quejas, amenazadocon llamar a Policía. No hubo música.

Great place and great location!

The place was only 10 minute walk from the train station. The check in process was great. They met us at the front door and was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The place is beautiful inside and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property

This extremely spacious apartment is located within 15 minutes of the bus station. We found the location to be excellent as we were able to walk to all of the corners of Venice we wanted to see. The laundry on the main floor was convenient. The property managers were excellent communicators and we were met at our apartment within minutes of arrival. I would highly recommend this property, especially if traveling with a larger group.

Convenient location.

Convenient location - 10minute walk and over a few bridges from train station (do not take the water taxi…too close). 5 minute walk to a small local square with super restaurants for dinner (I recommend La Zucca!) and cafe for morning coffees (Mujer bakery). Quiet, local neighborhood. Rialto Bridge is approximately 15 minute walk and San Marco Square is about a 20-25 minute walk. As for the check in process-communications were fine and quick; however, I was dealing with a separate person from Views on Venice with each email I sent. A lack of consistency, but all agents were on the same page which helped. I would stay here again and gave it a 4 star rating 🌟

Excellant location and terrific service

The service provided in terms of arranging transport and checking in and out was superb. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Would stay there again The twin bedroom was very cramped. We had a problem with the key on one occasion. But it was dealt with promptly.

Beautiful apartment

Great apartment for a bigger group. 3 bathrooms, airconditioning and a spacious livingroom. The doorlock is a bit tricky.

Wonderful!

This was a perfect place for 2 families (8 people), amazing location with great food and services all around. We found a quiet Gondola stop, ate delicious food and walked everywhere!!
