Clean apartment. Easy check in and communication with owner. Apartment is on top floor, and bathroom is small, but it was worth it!

Very clean. Lots of room. Quiet for being in such a robust area. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed being about to escape the busy walkways of Venice to this quiet and relaxing apartment. The decor was so perfect! The AC cooled the apartment quickly. There is a washing machine which was nice. also found the iron and ironing board in the coat closet. The host has a few adaptors to use for guests from other countries, that was very helpful. One thing to note, when you enter the apartment area on the first floor, there is a light on a timer that you can turn on while you make your way to the apartment. We didn't realize that the night we came in and were struggling in the dark on the stairs. Cups can be found in the dinning room cabinet :)

We had a fantastic stay in Venice! Apartment was very clean, our host was super great to work with and check in and out was super easy. 100% recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Great property to stay in Rome! Great location and within walking distance of many attractions. It was a perfect size for my daughter and myself. Olivia even let us check in early and had no issues with communication. Several restaurants nearby and a grocery store. Street was quiet and the air conditioning worked great, which was a must with 98 degree temperatures!

This place was fantastic. A really cozy vibe and authentic Venice experience. It’s very close to the Rialto bridge, which makes navigating Venice easier. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great communication from owner regarding the reservation and made the check in process easy. The location was absolutely perfect and the apartment was huge. If I were to go back to Venice I would stay again for sure.

Very clean, great location, excellent hosts who helped us with arrangements for the train, the Alilaguna and vaporetto and again in general getting around as we had no experience traveling in Europe.

Great place, great location. Just keep in mind that you must go about 4 flights of stairs! The location and the coziness of the apartment really makes it all worth it.

The apartment is in a perfect location and quite spacious. The walks to all of Venice's sites were always within 15 minutes. Gilberto was very communicative and easy to work with. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

The host was very quick to respond and extremely caring and helpful. There were lots of shops and amazing restaurants. We did three excursions and could easily walk everywhere!!

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to everything we wanted and tourist spots, but was very quiet in the apartment. It was very roomy and safe. And very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.
