The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the lagoon.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet space, desk, and TV;

- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet;

- TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs.

The island of Giudecca is the largest in the Venice lagoon, located south of the historic center and separated from it by the canal of the same name. Part of the Dorsoduro district, it has maintained an authentic identity over time, combining residential tranquility with cultural vibrancy. Once an area of vegetable gardens and parks, it is now home to about 5,000 residents, artists, and artisans.

Among its main attractions are the Basilica del Redentore, the Casa dei Tre Oci, the Molino Stucky, the Chiesa delle Zitelle, and the Chiesa di Sant’Eufemia. Furthermore, the long Fondamenta della Giudecca offers splendid walks with views of Venice.

The Giudecca is accessible only by vaporetto (lines 2, 4.1, 4.2, and N), with main stops at Zitelle, Redentore, Palanca, and Sacca Fisola.



- From the Venice Santa Lucia train station, you can reach the property by taking vaporetto line 4.1 to the Giudecca Palanca A stop and then walking for about 5 minutes.



- From Venice Marco Polo Airport, you can reach the apartment in about 50 minutes by first taking Bus Line 35 to the Venezia Piazzale Roma stop and then taking vaporetto 4.1 from the Piazzale Roma E stop to the Giudecca Palanca A stop; From there, the apartment is a 5-minute walk.



PLEASE NOTE:

- The island of Giudecca is NOT accessible by car. If you are traveling by car, the nearest parking lots are Tronchetto Parking and the Venice Municipal Parking Garage, from which you can reach the accommodation in about 30 minutes by vaporetto.
