It’s a good neighborhood to live in, there are a lot of local gems nearby and you still live within easy walking distance of all attractions and easy transport in and out of Venice.
The rooms are spacious enough and have all the necessary amenities that one would need.
However- as several other have pointed out there is a steep flight of stair of 2-3 floors to get to your room. I was a bit decieved by the pictures, the kitchen is a shared space between floors.
The check in and out was contact-less, I never met any staff except the cleaner (very nice guy!). However, the communication through Wattsapp was fast and efficient. It was also a lot of noice coming from outside and between rooms. If you’re staying here, bring only handluggage and some earplugs and something to cover your eyes to sleep longer than what the sun otherwise would allow.
