Huset ligger nära Rialto-bron, i hjärtat av staden, i ett av de mest typiska områdena i Venedig. Huset är också väldigt tyst, eftersom det ligger i en liten innergård.

Ca 'San Piero ligger på andra våningen: det har underbart naturligt ljus och är väldigt tyst.
Huset består av ett vardagsrum där du kan hitta en mycket bekväm bäddsoffa för två personer och ett litet bibliotek (det finns också böcker på franska!); ett vackert rum för två personer med en stor säng och en stor garderob; du kan nå det andra sovrummet med en trappa och det finns två bäddar. Detta rum är mycket charmigt och romantiskt!
Köket är mycket välutrustat: det finns nästan allt där, även diskmaskin.
I badrummet finns en dusch och en tvättmaskin.
Vi har precis avslutat restaureringsarbetet, så huset kommer att erbjuda dig alla bekvämligheter: luftkonditionering, oberoende värme och internet.

We had a lovely stay at this darling little apartment. We travelled as a family of 4 (two adults, 2 younger children) and it was perfectly suited for us. The upstairs lofted area was so fun and perfect for our children. The apartment was clean and nicely stocked to make your stay comfortable. We really liked the location. It was quiet at night time and easy to access all the attractions by foot in the daytime. Communication with the host was excellent. She made sure she was always available for any questions we may have had. Check in instructions were well explained well in advance and she had someone meet us at at the water taxi/vaparetto stop and walk us over the the apartment which was very helpful. Venice with all its small streets and alleyways, I think it may have been confusing to locate the apartment if there was no chaperon. So having the chaperon meet us at the water bus stop was much appreciated. I would recommend this cute and comfortable accommodation to any couple or small family traveling to Venice. We really enjoyed it.

The location of this place is what made it incredible for us. It was small, but you should expect that in Venice. The place was comfortable. The two beds upstairs were small and under a very low ceiling. We didn’t spend much time there and my two teenage kids slept upstairs so it wasn’t bad. The main bedroom and bed were quite comfortable. The property manager told us which boat to take from the train station and met us at the stop to walk us to the unit. That was very helpful as we definitely would’ve been lost without him. The apartment gets stuffy so we slept with the windows open, but ended up being bitten by mosquitoes. The next night we turned on the AC instead. However, I woke up when it started making a loud noise and then began leaking all over the floor. I reached out to the host and property manager. I was thanked and told they’d send someone out to look at it. That didn’t happen during our stay, but I’m sure it takes time to get a technician out. Luckily we were staying in March, so we were fine without it. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to be right in the middle of things in Venice.

The staff, Tania, who met us at the Rialto Bridge was lovely. The apartment was okay. Location was good. There weren’t enough supplies for four adults for three nights. We had to go out and buy them. There was no clean dish towel, dish cloth, little bit of paper towels and toilet paper. The room upstairs needs more explanation than in the ad. Except for one small spot, you cannot stand up straight in the bedroom nor climb the stairs without bumping your head. Even the shortest among us at 5,2”. The mattresses were quite worn; could actually see and feel the coils. Without a couple of flushes, the water kept running in the toilet. There is a reason the room was priced at this point. It was manageable but we wouldn’t stay there again.

We had a great two nights stay at this apartment in Venice. The apartment is exactly as described on the website. It was clean and well stocked. The bedroom was very comfortable and quite dark, which I appreciate since I often have trouble sleeping. It was on a quiet, small courtyard. We were met at the water bus by the host friend who helped us with our luggage on the way to the apartment, which was very kind of her. It’s a short five minute walk from the Rialto water bus stop.The apartment is well located to visit all of the usual tourist locations in Venice. Many good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We would happily stay here again.

I really like this apartment. It was pretty big and had about everything. This apartment was tucked away from the busy street so it was quiet.Not a lot of noise which I really appreciate . The host was responsive to any questions or concerns I had.Yet it was still in the center and walking distance to everything. The apartment had mostly all the essentials. Bonus for having a washer. I was only staying there by myself but this apartment can fit about 5 people or more. I didn’t expect much but got more. Location is great!
