  • Ca 'Leonessa är en nyligen renoverad lyxig lägenhet i 2010, beläget i hjärtat av Venedig. Det är en kort promenad från buss- och järnvägsstationerna. På grund av sitt fantastiska läge är alla platser i Venedig antingen inom gångavstånd eller ett par stopp på vaporetto. I inredningen av lägenheten har det övervägande varit att skapa en bekväm och välkomnande oas för dig efter en upptagen dag med sightseeing i magiska Venedig.

    Vardagsrummet (med utsikt över kanalen och Campo San Barnaba) har två Natuzzi-soffan (en dubbel bäddsoffa) ett Linn-ljudsystem och HD-TV med DVD / CD-spelare.

    Båda sovrummen är ljusa och luftiga med bekväma sängar och har gott om hängande / förvaringsutrymme i de skräddarsydda garderoberna. Sovrum 1 har en lyxig dubbelsäng med fina linne och traditionella venetianska tyger. Sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar. Båda badrummen är helkaklade med kraftduschar.

    Köket har handgjorts och har middag för 6.

Great location. Communication was very good. Property was spacious. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Only negatives were the mattresses were at their end of usefulness and not enough toilet paper. Ran out the last day, 5 people with 2 rolls and 1 spare for 3 nights isn’t enough for us. Bianca was very helpful getting us in and explaining the property and surrounding area.

Very nice place. You have to remember these are old buildings and there are natural quirks that come with it. Some of the steps are easy to forget between rooms. Otherwise everything was great!

Looking around Venice for a place to stay, this one stuck out when our other VRBO did not work out. It’s in a great location and we were able to pop in and out no matter where we were on the island. Check in was great and easy and I was able to contact the host directly. The second bedroom was a little tight for two adults, but we also did not hang up our clothes because it was a short stay. Overall, we enjoyed the apartment, and the AC was cool.

Superbe appartement bien localisée. Très propre, à part le sèches serviettes des salles de bain. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très bonne, ce fut plus pénible avec la conciergerie. Je recommande cet appartement aux voyageurs!

Great place in Venice. We would definitely stay here in cooler months. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was only in front foyer and hallway, causing most of the house to be warm. Be mindful of the different levels and steps, as most of my party tripped a couple times on them. However, it is a very charming place in a lovely area with a lovely view of the canal. The floors could be deep cleaned a bit overall. It had the charm we were looking for and is perfect for Venice.

Ca' Leonessa is situated in a wonderful area of Venice. It is a lively, mostly Italian, neighbourhood. The area has many good places for dinner. It is very near the vaporetto stop which makes it very easy to get around. It was nice being so central but not with the maddening crowd. The apartmenet is a good layout and the rooms are spacious. I would stay here again.

We had a little problem with meeting the person for the keys… we waited outside the apartment for at least 20 minutes. The air conditioning was really only cooling the hallway… they did have a few fans. I liked the pull out couch… we had 4 people, so 2 bedrooms & pull out couch that worked…. 2 bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready faster. The communication was pretty good except for the getting of the keys

It's a nice property, clean and close to many restaurants. Conveniently located close to canal bus stop. Please do not call this a luxury apartment. No toiletries, no coffee/filters, this a just a home with beds. No luxury amenities.

Such a wonderful stay in the heart of Venice! This apartment has absolutely everything that anyone would need to feel comfortable and to enjoy the city and which is situated directly on one of the canals by Ca' Rezzonico. Restaurants and cafes right at your door step. Large and roomy!
