  • Lägenheten består av ett kök med ett stort vardagsrum, där du hittar en mycket bekväm bäddsoffa för två personer, ett sovrum och omklädningsrum allt strikt i modern stil med varma färger typiska för 'Tek' trä. Det ljusa och välkomnande badrummet täckt av en mosaik erbjuder dig en bekväm dusch. Liten privat innergård blomstrade under de varmare månaderna. Lägenheten erbjuder många bekvämligheter som satellit-TV, wi-fi-anslutning med internetnyckel (vi tillhandahåller inte en dator), luftkonditionering, värmesystem, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare, brödrost, hårtork.

    Sestiere of Cannaregio där lägenheten ligger, och mer specifikt 'Calle delle Muneghe' erbjuder många attraktioner för turister som vill bo i ett område som betjänas av de venetianska marknaderna, typiska butiker och restauranger som erbjuder utmärkt mat. Det mest kända sättet att nå Rialto och San Marco kallas 'Strada Nuova', som ligger några minuter långt från lägenheten, längs "Rio della Sensa." Vaporettostoppet är bekvämare och är Sant 'Alvise bara några minuters promenad från lägenheten.

This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. A quiet neighborhood with a short walk to attractions. There were amazing restaurants here! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this place.

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. The unit has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The trash disposal was a bit confusing but we figured it out.

Daniela was an excellent host. Very communicative throughout the whole process from booking to check out. Her apartment was fantastic, even more charming than the pictures. I really appreciated all of the small details such having European outlet adapters available, bottles of water in the fridge, and a dish of candies on the kitchen counter to welcome us. The location was as promised, quiet, outside of the bustle of the main tourist area, but a close enough walk that we had no problem reaching shops, restaurants, and local attractions. This was my favorite of three places that we stayed during our trip. I highly recommend it!

One of the best lodging experiences we have had in Europe. We felt spoiled with the quality of the appliances and large living area. We walked to/from the train station and found that we were close to everything on our to-do list. Host was extra available and communicative.

Convenient place

Overall nice stay in a quiet part of town, but with some great dining options nearby. It was lovely to have a small kitchen. Having air conditioning was appreciated in the summer. Note that the "courtyard" is very small; really only suitable for a single person.

Daniela was a terrific hostess. She met us at our Alilaguna stop and walked us to our home away from home. Canneregio is a fantastic neighborhood, away from the hustle bustle. Only a 30 minute walk to St. Mark Square. Daniela provided us with many dining recommendations and touristy spots. Would highly recommend. So nice to see the city after hours.

Daniela is great. Met and showed us the apartment and a few dining options. The area around the apartment is very quite away from the crowd and noise of the main attractions, while still a 20 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is clean and had all amenities a family would need. Will definitely recommend to friends who may visit in the future.

A new stay in Venice!

Our hostess was easy to communicate with and also a nice person to connect with. We plan to stay with her again soon.The apartment was lovely, clean and easy to live in. The apartment had everything we needed. We stayed for 8 nights and it felt like home.We love this area...it is very lively, but the apartment is in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our time here! Venice weekend Get-A-Way

Lovely loft and excellent stay. We were looking for a place a little off the main tourist path but still close enough to all the sites and everything Venice had to offer. This was perfect for what we were looking for. Host is very responsive and very helpful with offering assistance of where to go and what to see.

Perfect stay in Venice

Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannareggio. Walk 1-2 blocks and you are in a great area with great coffee, bars, and all kinds of food from great easy pizza to high end dining. You can walk to St. Marc’s in 25 minutes, but honestly Cannareggio was our happy place.

Great location

Very nice place away from the center, but not too far, which we liked. We had 4 adults and did not spend much time in the room, so it met our needs. Daniela provided excellent instructions and recommendations, she was a great host.

Great apartment. It was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need: hair dryer, adapters, extension cord, tea, etc. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Appreciated the location, which was quiet and not touristy.

Off the beaten path, which considering the current visitation status of Venice , is a plus. Very nice spot in a bedroom community of Venice. Some construction/rebuild nearby but still very quiet. Great apartment, nice decor and amenities. Daniela was great!

This is a lovely apartment where no detail is spared. The neighborhood is beautiful and serene while still at walking distance from main sites, train station and water buses. The host was an absolute delight, great communicator and diligent. Can't wait to come back!!!

Venetian Paradise

My mom and I had the pleasure of staying here on our quick trip to Venice. We were overjoyed, the home was so beautiful and clean. Also the bed was so comfy which is very important when you are tired from vacation. We both slept better here than we had on our entire vacation. It was decorated beautifully, its location was perfect, and the owner was so kind to provide lots of recommendations. Everything we needed was provided, even things we didn’t know we needed. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Venice, absolutely loved it.

Absolutely top notch accommodations and host!

The apartment had all up to date amenities with plenty of room. It was very clean and was everything we could wish for. Any help needed, the host was very accommodating. It was close to the water bus, close walking distance to all areas of Venice and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Loved it abs if we did a second trip it would be at this apartment!
