“Everything was perfect. What a beautiful location on the water with the view of the boats. The room was great and the staff was very nice. The little extra treat when we checked in was a great touch! This is my 2nd time staying there and I'm positive I'll be back! Thanks for a great stay!”

“The room was nice and the location was great, close to both beach and the main shopping street. However, it was also close to the Amtrak rail where the trains signaled loudly at all hours (albeit only every two hours or so since it is Amtrak). Breakfast was served on paper plates which suited us fine but didn’t exactly give off an air of luxury. Lovely staff though, helpful with directions and with giving me a bag when I wanted to carry the breakfast up to our room. ”

“The Pierpont Hotel is a charming place just by the ocean. A short walk 5 min, under the freeway, and you are on the beach. There is construction ongoing, and it is an older place, but the little cottage 102 was charming! Rose gardens, great parking by the cottage.Few steps to breakfast. “I liked that the hotel was new and the decor had a great asthetic! The furnishings were nice and modern! The rating was lower because there was a motion sensor in the rooms and the lights went out several times including when I was in the shower. It was funny at first after we discovered the issue, but quite annoying when it happened repeatedly. My son got up to use the restroom in the wee hours of the morning and the lights came on and disrupted my sleep. Regarding cleanliness, there was also...

“Med tanke på priset så känns det inte okej. Men sett till prisläget på motell i Los Angelesområdet så är det ett helt okej hotell att stoppa på under bilresa. Det var det vi gjorde. Inga problem ochballt fungerade fint men denna typ av motell är sanslöst dyra utifrån vad man får för priset. Bott på bästa hotellen i New York, San Fransisco och Las Vegas för ungefär samma pris vilket känns märkligt. Köket hade inga köksattiraljer så att fixa mat själv funkade inte inte riktigt.”

“The staff and property were great. We arrived after check in time and had to wait 15 mins until our room was ready. Because of that, we were comped a free Margarita at the bar. Mattress was not comfortable because of slight dip in the middle. Kids running and screaming up and down the hallway at midnight. Final invoice charged us $3 for a bottle of water in the room, which we did not drink. They said they’d remove that charge, so, we’ll see. Unless nothing else is available, we won’t be staying...
