Gårdshotell i Veradale

“The carpet was nasty, the blackout curtains had stains all over them, the bed hard as a rock. Sent message through Expedia but no answer. The room felt worn out and dirty. Despite the good WiFi and decent shower, I would not repeat a stay.”

“Business travel. Room was clean. Bathroom setup a little unorthodox. Breakfast was ready prior to 6am, which was a nice surprise. Enjoyed my stay.”

“Property was very clean and staff was courteous. Just wish the breakfast had bacon as well as sausage.”

“All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a good variety. We would stay here again.”

“Very good staff, they even have free washer and dryer for laundry.”

“The heater didn't work and i froze the whole night. The bathroom sink didn't drain and was plugged up. the toilet smelled, and the mattress kept sliding off the frame. The TV remote barely worked... and when i asked for a blanket.... I didn't get one for at least 1/2 hour after I requested a blanket. Renting a room from this place was a mistake. I think you should refund my money.... worst place I have ever stayed in.”

“Our stay here was good but the staff was truly excellent. Pleasant and helpful. The room was clean with housekeeping checking in halfway through our stay.”

“I like to stay at this hotel because it’s close to where I do consulting when I’m in Spokane. The rooms are comfortable but there could be more transparent about their room cleaning policies. I don’t need my room cleaned every day but it seems uneven and they should offer more towels if they aren’t going to change them daily.”
