“The hotel was conveniently located close to the motorway and an outlet. The room was fine, what you expecit really. There were brown stains on the toilet seat so it obviously hadn't been cleaned, aside from that everything else seemed pretty clean.”

“The size of our unit was perfect for our family and very nicely decorated; the food at Osteria Sierra (in main hotel) was great; the whole property (hotel included) is amazing and Incline Village is a quiet small town on the nothern part of Lake Tahoe. The only downfall is that we stayed for a weekend and we didn’t get fresh towels after the first night. ”

“Everyone one was so kind and welcoming at the front desk. Great hospitality. For the price they have it for, I found this place spectacular. I would definitely stay here again. We were out and about for the most part enjoying our hikes and festival/show. The shower was super nice and hot. The towels are nice. We stayed in room 4. There is no a bathroom door , which we didn’t mind because we traveled as a couple. The style and design of the room was cute and unique. We only slept for three...
