Un ottimo soggiorno in centro a Verona
Posizione ottima, a due passi da piazza Bra, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, camera confortevole, molto pulita (pulizie camera eseguita giornalmente) bagno accessoriato e nuovo, letto confortevole. Gestori molto gentili e disponibili. Una bellissima hall.

Located very close to all the Verona sites. Verona colleseum, etc. Very nice room with plenty of space. Staff very friendly. I recommend stsying a Scaligero Room.

A little out of the ordinary. A handful of rooms on 4th floor of an office block but excellent rooms great location 24 hour access a lift but a few stairs. Kept cool in very hot weather shower fridge and usual amenities . Would certainly go again surrounded by cafes restaurants and v close to Arena and castelvecchio.

O local superou minhas expectativas. Localização excelente, quarto grande, confortavel, banheiro e chuveiro maravilhosos. Otimas amenidades de banheiro. Café da manha perfeito, com muitas opções. Nao tenha nada que nao tenha gostado. Fique atento que precisa avisar o horario de chegada, eu me esqueci e acabei chegando e nao tinha ninguem pra me receber,mas na mesma hora que mandei um whatsapp já chegou uma funcionária pra nos receber. Vale a pena demais ficar nesse local em Verona!

Un trattamento da dilettanti !
Aspettativa alta ! Distrutta ... Giro sempre per lavoro e soggiorno 4 notti a settimana in hotel . Ho scelto questo alloggio perché ben valutato e con tutti i servizi che cercavo , inoltre ho deciso di chiedere l’opzione un po’ più costosa per avere il meglio . Arrivo a mezzanotte e 30 con l’aspettativa di pagare il check in posticipato senza problemi . La camera bella , pulita e con una bellissima vasca idromassaggio , quest’ultima non funziona e per i proprietari è una cosa scontata , almeno dirlo prima ! Inoltre mi sono ammalato in quando non c’era nessuna coperta aggiuntava se non quella leggera estiva sul letto , riscaldamento non funzionante ... risultato : ho dormito con gli asciugamani nel letto !!!! Mai successo in vita mia ! Il giorno dopo sono dovuto tornare a casa raffreddato e ho lasciato la seconda notte pagata , hanno avuto il coraggio di chiamarmi per pagare l’è tra check in ... ma siamo matti ? Ci si sarebbe dovuto aspettare un rimborso ! Pessima gestione di una situazione assurda !

The rooms are in the center, everythink is in walking distance. The room was clean, simple and nice. Check In was easy and friendly. We had a great view and the price was very reasonable. Can definitely recommend

Central, comfortable and clean rooms
The room was spacious and it had its own balcony. Everything was clean and proper. The location was central. Breakfast was okay-ish.

The room was very comfortable, warm and cosy. We had a great sleep while there. However the foyer/reception area smelled like cat pee. Maybe the Christmas decorations? It made having breakfast each morning quite unpleasant.

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Property is good located and full renovated. The only problem was the temperature of the water, wasn't hot enough. The TV cable didn't work properly and the wifi signal was very poor. Breakfast was excellent, super complete and fresh, with bread, ham, salami. Also croissants, cakes and cookies. Fresh fruit, juice and yogurt.

It was easy to find from Verona train station, 15-20 minute walk. You just have to keep your eye out and it is not well signposted. Very nicely decorated lobby and outdoor area. Shared balcony for guests, not individual balconies. We had a view of castelvecchio from our window. We booked Ida room. No kettle in the room so you couldn’t make hot drinks yourself. Great hairdryer. Breakfast was decent - croissants, hams, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, apples. There is a coffee machine as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was well appointed, although the space around the toilet was very tight. We loved having the balcony to sit out with wine in the evening and watch the sun set and listen to the church bells. Breakfast was great. We were only given part of a roll of toilet paper which we quickly used. Since there are no staff onsite we had to buy some ourselves. An extra roll in the room would have been nice. We would have also liked a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend without hesitation.

The room was nice, and the bathroom and breakfast were excellent. This is a wonderful value for the price. Our only caveats were the hot water supply, which was uneven in our room, and the check-in which required a phone call. We did not have a phone that worked in Europe so we had to ask a kind passer-by to call for us.

Zentral für die Arena, sehr schönes Zimmer
Ideale Lage für die Arena, ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Vom Bahnhof gut mit Rollkoffer zu Fuß erreichbar. Frisch renoviert, schönes Bad und gute Klimaanlage. Nur: Es gibt keine Rezeption, es ist eher wie eine Wohnung mit mehreren Apartments. Zum Einchecken muss man erstmal anrufen, dann bringt jemand den Schlüssel. Hat bei uns einwandfrei funktioniert und der Empfang war effizient und freundlich, aber wir hatten eigentlich ein „richtiges“ Hotel mit Rezeption erwartet.

weekend in Verona
Loved Verona. Scaligerorooms were overall fine although minor negatives are 1. Checkin was a bit difficult since no permanent reception, and breakfast was a little basic (help self to stuff in fridge). But these were not major things and would be happy to stay there again.
