“Lovely rustic villa in the foothills of the Apuan Alps with stunning views over vinyards, the town and the sea. We were warmly greeted by owners Francesca and Manu, who invited us to join them for a buffet and to taste some of the wine they produce. The villa is set on a steep hillside on 3 levels (so you need to be ok with going up and down stairs!) The pool is set on the same level as the ground floor and has seating and sunbeds alongside. The local ameneties in nearby Ripa are limited, but...

“We rented this villa for two weeks in August for 12 people and no regrets at all! Villa is located in a quite area, just 10 minutes walk from the sea. The owner lives next to the property so any questions are solved immediately. Big living area allows to gather all together. Kitchen is rather small and separated but Italy is about restaurants and not cooking at home). Swimming pool is big enough and clean. In addition you have a ping-pong table. “I recommend the place. The house is nice and well maintained. Air con is working really well and you can appreciate during summer. Swimming pool is nice with a beautiful view. Location is convenient to visit Pisa, Livorno, Lucca. You can drive a bit to reach Sienna or Firenze for a day. You can also enjoy the beach if you want with plenty of choices for italian private beaches. Enjoy Toscana.”

“Accueil chaleureux par des propriétaires discrets et attentionnés. Les photos sont en-dessous de la réalité d’une propriété spacieuse, propre bien insonorisée et joliment décorée. Le très grand jardin est arboré avec goût. La piscine chauffée et sans chlore est suffisamment grande pour nager. Si vous souhaitez être tranquille sans voisin proche, cette location est idéale ! Un séjour en famille très agréable.”

“Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in guter und ruhiger Lage sehr genossen. Ein problemloser Check-in, ein guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der Garten, der einen schönen Auslauf für unseren Hund bot, haben dazu beigetragen. Strand, kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß, in etwa 10 Minuten, erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal.”

“Ein superschönes Haus in den Bergen gelegen, die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, allerdings darf man beim Autofahren keine Angst vor engen, sehr kurvenreichen Serpentinen haben. Dafür ist die Aussicht auf die Landschaft und die Ruhe dort oben wunderschön.”

“Das kleine Häuschen war super ausgestattet und die Übergabe sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns ging was zu Bruch, auch das wurde unkompliziert gelöst. Auch für unseren Hund war es die perfekte Location und er konnte sich frei bewegen. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand und genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden in der Nähe. “The room was big and with a great balcony situated across the street from a public beach. Breakfast was good. The pool was big and with nice temperature. However the whole place was a liitle old and my husband cut his foot on something in the pool. The staff was nice and spoke english, but didn't inform us that they had bikes that you could lend.”
