“We loved the locaton of this apartment. We loved how close it was to the metro. It was nice to have a grocery store in the same building. The apartment was clean and very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“Way more than advertised!!!!!! We couldn’t have been more pleased and excited about the apartment! From the overhead skylight to the windows above the street. This was the highlight of our vacation. People kept taking pictures of us waving in the opened windows. Clean spacious and so beautifully decorated. The restaurant below were so kind and the food was delicious! So much going on in the area. Music, art shopping, scenery. We would definitely book here again.”

“La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.”

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“Studio is a great place to stay in Paris! Super convenient location and on the first floor (only up one set of stairs). Check-in is super easy, and key pick-up/drop-off is about an 8-minute walk from the apartment. There are a few things in the apartment that could use some repair (the bathroom door does not lock or fully close, and the kitchen faucet lever comes off). Great place to sleep when you want to spend the majority of time in the city.”

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“Nous avons apprécié la position géographique de l appartement et l appartement lui même. Par contre le lave vaisselle ne marchait pas à notre arrivée et la cafetière avait besoin d'être détartrée. Il y a un restaurant en dessous qui met la musique un peu forte par moment, sans empêcher toutefois de dormir. La communication avec l hôte est parfaite. Je recommande ce logement.”
