The accommodation looked very different from the pictures we saw on the website.
We arrived and had to make our own bed (foldable sofa bed) as there was only one bed made, when they knew it was 3 of us coming)
When both beds are made there's barely any space to walk in the room (probably why they didnt make the other bed, so we weren't shocked when we walked into the room)
Both beds are small and foldable, not comfortable
The air-conditioning is extremely weak and it doesn't cool the room properly
They have an electric toilet, and it was blocked for most of our stay. When we got in touch they send someone to fix it, the guy left a dirty wet towel (the one he used to clean the mess after his work) in our apartment, so you can imagine what it smelled like when we got back.
We left that towel in the communal toilet outside, i told the management about it and they said they'd send someone to clean it straight away. They didnt. It stayed there in the same place for another 2-3 days (not to mention the dity toilet).
After he "fixed" it, the water was going down, but very slowly. Even after a wee you'd have to flush at least 3 or 4 times to see clear water.
For check in/out you need to get/drop the keys from a place 15 min walk from the accommodation, not convenient at all when you have large suitcases.
Despite a lot of conversations with them, they refused to compensate me, even though this stay was completely unpleasant.
