“Great place in the country side. ”

“The Quinta da Moita is out of the way of the Douro Valley but well worth the detour. I stayed there 3 nights on a solo trip. The owners are fantastic, very sweet. The place is perfect for quiet respite, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast! I recommend to anyone for solo stay or couple gateaway! Their wines are great too! Just make sure to have food for dinner if you want to relax for the evening as everything is pretty far. But the drive is gorgeous and fun! ”

“Absolutely outstanding! Clean and great hotel, delicious dinner and good breakfast ...not the best coffee. We loved the surroundings, the pool areas and the bed. Exciting drive to get to the hotel! The room and the balcony (room 103) were amazing!”

“Such a wonderful slice of heaven. Definitely visit this property. The staff were fantastic & so helpful. A bottle of sparkling wine at the pool was €18 and absolutely delicious. The breakfast omelette was delightful, the dinner was delicious. The pool was sensational, such a lovely place to be. Book it! We had a vineyard suite, the Manor House ones seemed further away. ”

“This property is full of character and very clean and relaxing. The host was very friendly and made sure our stay was all taken care of. It has a calm vineyard feel. We just want to send a special thank to one of their hosts Francisco who helped us big time in an event of accident. We really appreciate your kind help and the warm hospitality. Definitely recommend this property!”

“Um espaço fantástico para quem procura o silêncio, a natureza e o bem estar proporcionado pelos sempre muito atentos e carinhosos, João e Rosarinho. Pequeno almoço é também extraordinário, com compotas caseiras e pão sempre fresquinho. Foi uma estadia fantástica com a família, voltaremos a repetir sem dúvida.”
