"Det var som om hotellet stannat i tiden. Inredningen och layouten var säkert toppmodern på 70 eller 80-talet. Men det känns som att det inte hänt något sedan dess. Underhållet på byggnad och det runtom var också lite sisådär."

"Bel appartement qui pourrait avoir un très grand potentiel. Il est bien situé. Il y a une odeur des eaux usées qui dérange et l'eau du lavabo de la cuisine prend beaucoup de temps à s'évacuer. Rénovations mineures à prendre en charge. Le problème de lavabo pourrait être résolu en 5 minutes."
