“Such a nice home, everything was perfect, they even had Band-Aids, which I needed from all of the walking downtown - Thank you! The hot tub was nice, could have been a little warmer :) It was a lovely stay, beds were super comfey and I loved the throw blankets as it got a little cold while we were there. Thank you for your hospitality. I would certainly stay there again. 10+ ”

“The location of this property is good, just a short 2 block walk to the beach, with easy access. The location is quiet, which is always appreciated.There are some general maintenance items that would improve the location. For example, wall damage in a few areas. Also the game room had a musty smell, so we did not end up using this space.Kitchens very important to me. This kitchen was stocked with the basics, but nothing beyond that. ”

“5 stars – Fantastic house and perfect location!This house was exactly what we needed for our St. Augustine getaway. The place was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for our group. We spent a ton of time on the huge deck and in the large, private backyard soaking up the sun—both were real highlights and felt like our own oasis.Location is unbeatable: tucked away on a quiet, safe street with almost no traffic, yet literally 5 minutes from Publix, gas stations, restaurants, and downtown St....

“The kitchen smalls were lacking. Coffee pot old and stained. Blender also old and part of a mini food processor which was difficult to work. 2 knives in poor condition. Don’t plan to do much cooking. No grill. They had lawn chairs but no low seat beach chairs. Overall the property was not as nice as the pics. It was a good location to the beach. ”

“The house had everything we needed for our extended stay (5 weeks)! We loved the quiet, walkable and friendly neighborhood. Watching the beautiful sunsets from the yard was an added bonus. Tamara was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.”
