We might consider arriving off-summer in order to use the possibility of train-transportation more vivid in exploring the surroundings (hence heat). “Accommodations were satisfactory considering the age of the Facilities. Stairs were a bit of a challenge but doable. Locating the apartment was a bit difficult to get to especially when arriving late and no lights on the rue are on. Otherwise location was great and close to the train station. Our host was very accommodating once we were able to reach her. Overall good stay.”

“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible.
