“The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. I was really happy, and will definitely consider coming back.”

“They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team”

“Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

“When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. ”

“So many issues with this booking. First of all the keys. The key locker is a block away- fine, but the owners/property managers have not set up the locker correctly. What should be easy - they give you a code (ahead of time please) and the key lock should pop open. They have complicated the issue by making YOU connect to an app (this is for the OWNER - clearly they don't know how to use the system) where you are supposed to leave a Credit card etc. SO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESS.
