“This is a great holiday apartment for Paris. The entrance looks a bit off putting but it is actually a very nice neighborhood and building. The apartment is clean, tastefully decorated and well laid out and has everything you need for a comfortable stay ( really appreciated the exceptional kitchen). However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. “Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

“My family and I had an amazing stay here at the end of July. It was VERY hot in Paris at that time, and we were so appreciative of the AC, which was great. This apartment is very close to the Pompidou Center and walkable to many bistros, cafes, metro stops, Notre Dame, Place des Vosges, etc. The apartment was very clean and communication with the host was great. I would stay here again for sure.”
