Bild-perfekt hem ... omtänksamt renoverat. Väl älskad av gäster som kommer om och om igen. Detta hem i hemmet har bara 2 veckor öppet. Den andra våningen i detta hem rymmer en familj på 5 i tre sovrum medan första våningen har ett sovrum och bad för gäster som mormor och morfar.

Beläget i ett lugnt område i stadsdelen, är detta klassiska hem i Cape Cod-stil en lugn promenad från centrala Vineyard Haven. Lämna bilen i uppfarten och gå till stan för en kopp kaffe, frukost, lunch, middag, shopping, biograf eller att ta en buss till en av de andra östäderna.

På första våningen finns ett rymligt vardagsrum med öppen spis, kort eller spelbord och kabel-TV. Matsalen öppnar in i ett nytt kök som glimmar med bänkskivor i granit och rostfria vitvaror. För enkel utomhus äta öppnar köket på en privat och snygg anlagd, blåsten uteplats med bord / stolar / paraply och grill. Runt hörnet finns en sluten utomhusdusch för snabb sköljning efter en sandfylld dag på stranden.

Trägolv köra hela huset, inklusive på övervåningen. Sovarrangemang erbjuder tre sovrum och badrum / dusch på andra våningen. På bottenvåningen finns ett fjärde sovrum med ett angränsande badrum och stor dusch ... perfekt för mormor och morfar eller gäster som kan behöva lugnt utrymme.

Central luftkonditionering och Wi-Fi i hela. I närheten finns det offentliga biblioteket med en riklig barnsektion för inomhusunderhållning på regniga dagar. Mink Meadow Golf Course är den sportiga resenären, och VH Yacht Club ligger några kvarter bort. Vacker Farm Neck Country Club, som erbjuder offentlig spel på eftermiddagen, ligger 6 miles bort. Downtown Vineyard Haven erbjuder bil, cykel och mopeduthyrning och tillgång till hela önska bussystemet.

På Marthas Vineyard känner du dig hemma den minut du kommer fram. Kom och stanna en vecka kommer du aldrig att glömma!

2nd Time Here

We just returned from our trip to MV for summer 2024 and stayed at this house for the 2nd year in a row. We loved it so much last year, we had to come back. The location is perfect for access to all areas on the island. The house is clean and the communication with Karen/check in process couldn't be easier! we will be back again!

Large, Lovely Home in Perfect Condition

Lovely home in perfect condition, absolutely spotless, with all the amenities. We are a family of five, including a tween, a teen, two parents, and a grandma, and this place felt larger than we needed. It was great to have one bedroom on the first floor for grandma and wonderful to have linens and beach towels provided. Also, the listing doesn't mention all the beach equipment in the shed (beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc.) Very helpful as we could not have fit beach chairs into our car (or the linens). Also it's a nice touch to leave coffee for visitors. Highly recommended!

Great Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this charming house in Vineyard Haven. The property was perfectly clean and maintained and fit our family of seven very well. We love the location and the quick walk into town and to Owen Little Beach, where we had our boat. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful stay!

My family (2 adults, 2 kids under 3) traveled with our friends (2 adults + 1 year old) to this property. We had an amazing stay. The home was clean and welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed- kitchen stocked with appliances and extras. The location can’t be beat- 10 min walk to downtown Vineyard Haven. We have stayed in many different properties and locations on MV over the years and this was one of the best. Would definitely return!

A comfortable, relaxing place to stay

We had a great trip to Vineyard Haven! The house had everything we could need. It was comfortable and clean—a cool retreat after a hot beach day. It’s close enough to walk to town but tucked away from the chaos. It’s an easy jumping off point to explore many places in the island. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower, a relaxing way to end the day!

The perfect house!

Everything about this house was absolutely perfect for our stay in MV! We traveled with our 2 young kids and their grandma so the private bedroom and bathroom for grandma could not have been better! The house was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The kids loved playing on the back patio! We walked to town and to the little beach perfect for kids every day! Easy drive to explore the rest of the island. Karen was also great and so communicative! Highly recommend!

Great 2 weeks in Vineyard Haven

Great Stay in Vineyard Haven

This is a very clean and roomy house just a short walk to town. Spent most down time on the beautiful secluded patio in the back of the house. Dealing with Karen was easy and she was a great communicator and answered all questions promptly. My family and friends loved our stay in this house and highly recommend it.

Great home and perfect distance to walk to town

We had an amazing stay, the home was very clean and tidy :) The proximity to town was wonderful, we strolled in for lunch or dinner everyday, we could also walk to the small beach and watch the boats coming and going. Highly recommend :)

Our stay at183 Franklin

We stayed at the property August 8-15 2020. The house was just as we hoped, very clean, nicely appointed, and stocked with quality items. Kitchen had whatever you might need… knives big enough to cut up a watermelon safely, salt/pepper and other spices. The central A/C worked well and made sleeping easy. The outdoor area was great for reading a book while others showered after the beach. Walking distance to Vineyard Haven. One person had to work from the house for 3 days. The WiFi did the job. The property manager did everything she could to make it a happy stay.

Awesome Rental

This house was a great location. Very close to town but yet very quiet and serene. The house was spotless. Communication by the owner, Karen, was excellent before our stay and throughout our stay. She was on top of every detail. We arrived to a nice welcome card and a bottle of wine. It was the perfect start to a great week!

Fantastic House for a Vineyard Vacation

Had a great time in a fantastic house! The house is spacious, extremely clean, and well-maintained. Lots of attention is paid to detail, and the property has everything you could possibly need for a stress-free stay. Hard to beat the location. It's a quick walk into Vineyard Haven, and the house also gives you easy access to other Vineyard towns. Everything from communication to check-in was seamless and smooth, and the property manager makes it all easy. Would definitely recommend the house, and stay again. Thanks for a great week!
