Newly built house, Central A/C, Walk to ferry, beach, and town

Completed in 2020. This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath well appointed house is located within walking distance from downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry terminal. The bike path and bus line are just steps away from the house.

Amenities include all new high end stainless steel appliances, central A/C, ERV fresh air ventilation system, eco friendly LED lighting, 2 SMART TVs, WiFi, outdoor patio, grill and spacious outdoor shower. The property has off-street parking for 3 cars.

The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with a large island. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room. There is also a full bath, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. In addition, there is a separated mudroom with washer and dryer.

The second floor has another full bath and two large bedrooms, each with its own thermostats. One bedroom includes a king bed, and a convertible couch that folds out to a twin bed. The other bedroom includes a queen bed. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided.

The basement is finished, air-conditioned, and has a sitting area with a large SMART TV, and an extra refrigerator.

Off the dining room, step out to the sunny patio with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. There is also a new shed to keep any bikes, or items you may want to lock up outside. In addition, there is a big outdoor shower to use as you wish.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, ice packs, and beach towels are included in the rental.

This is literally a brand new property, completed in 2020. Everything is new!

The home was the perfect size for our family. It is well maintained and very clean. It looks exactly like the photos however the experience of the house is even better than the photos. Communication with the host is easy, friendly, and clear. I highly recommend this property and I hope it’s available for us the next time we visit the island.

The house was spacious, lovely and new. The yard was well-maintained and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor shower.The host left the house well-stocked with basic necessities. The kitchen had all utensils needed.We appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. It made beach days more enjoyable.Great home! We would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, cookware, beach toys and kitchen’s utensils. The backyard was great for lawn games with our toddler! I highly recommend a stay here!

A Perfect Place to Stay

I cannot fault this property. It was beautiful inside and out, tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. I had great communication with the owner before, during and after my stay. It was within walking distance to the ferry terminal, with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. A little haven of tranquility.

Perfect Stay

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was perfectly situated to walk to Vineyard Haven, or to drive over to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown or anywhere down island. The house was clean, had everything we need, and the setup was perfect for our family of four plus my mother who was able to stay downstairs and have her own bathroom. Marianna, thanks for having us! Centrally-located and Modern Property

My family of four stayed at this property and really enjoyed everything about it. The home itself is refreshingly well-maintained, everything was clean and it came fully stocked (from beach "stuff" to kitchen supplies to family games/activities). The host was extraordinarily attentive and very helpful (especially when we had internet connectivity issues she helped us resolve). Plus, the location was perfect for us - walking distance from downtown VH and very easy drive to everywhere else. We'll certainly be looking to stay here again when we're back in 2024!

Family vacation

It was a wonderful home and great place to stay. We walked, rode bikes and rode the bus wherever we wanted to go. The beach was not as close as we had thought, but it was very easy to get to other beaches. The home was the best at being fully stocked with anything we might need. The yard was great for eating and relaxing. The hostess was easily reachable and so helpful.

Very Nice Property

Great house in very convenient location

We spent the long weekend here as we were on island for a wedding. The location was perfect. We were within short walking distance to Vineyard Haven downtown shopping, dining and Ferry. Marianna was extremely helpful, quickly answering any questions I threw her way. House was fully stocked, well designed and clean. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
