“The casino was okay it was hard to get drinks service when playing casino slot machines and the hotel room that was assigned to us was infested with nets after complaining for two days they finally moved us to another room which was a lot better. We will not stay there again until they update their hotel rooms and cleaning facilities otherwise we had awesome time in New Orleans ”

“Great Location and not in the heart of French Quarter, which is good. Only 5 minute walk to French Quarter. A lot of old world charm but still with modern conveniences. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Looking forward to going back next year. ”

“The facility was bland and void of any life save for the two war bodies behind the counter and a homeless person outside. Our room was uncleaned with duffle of clothes on the dresser. Pictures available. The American flag out front was weather worn to shreds. We didn’t walk, we ran from this place. If Expedia proceeds to bill us for this travesty, it will the end of OUR relationship with them. Radisson should be ashamed to be associated. ”

“The staff were all very nice and rooms were clean. It was a great location, close enough to walk to everything but not loud. Be aware there is no elevator and there are 3 floors. It is a charming building with a beautiful little courtyard.”

“If you like unique accommodations that are not cookie-cutter like all chain accommodations are, stay at a wonderful location in the French Quarter. The outdoor areas are filled with gardens and beautiful greenery. We were in room 303 and heard no noise at night! We highly recommend this beautiful property”

“The room and bathroom were incredibly large. The beds were huge and very comfortable. Great service and helpful staff. It is walking distance from the French Quater and good value for the money. The pool was nice. The breakfast wasn’t great, small selection and lots of sugar, skip that and eat somewhere else. ”

“Super mysigt hotel med fräscha nya rum. OBS dyr parkering som inte ingår (om man har bil). Vi kollade aldrig in lilla poolen på insidan. Hotellet är super nära bourbon street och det mesta som Cafe du Monde etc. Vi var nöjda! ”

“The receptionist (young girl) was not welcoming while busy with her private phone. Not one smile or good morning during purwhole stay. No information, we had to ask about everything. Breakfast was kaos and poor. This was the popfest breakfast during out trip visitibg 6 different hotels and this was by far the priciest. Guy in breakfast unfriendly and in a very bad mood. Rooms supersmall, cleaning only upon request. Very overpriced Hotel. You only stay here for the lookstion. Will not come...
