This luxurious 4-star villa with a private pool is located in the center of the island of Vir, in a unique tourist resort consisting of eight identical holiday homes with private pools, reception, fitness and wellness center and sports fields.
The 71 m² holiday home living area ideal for 4-6 persons is divided into a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers and one separate toilet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two persons. The living room opens onto a spacious, furnished, and roofed terrace (18 m²) with a view of the pool. In the 350 m² courtyard there is a private pool 35m² (5 m long, 7 m wide and 1.5 m deep) equipped with outdoor shower, loungers and parasols. Air conditioning of every room, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, parking on the property, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, baby cot and highchair as well as barbecue in the courtyard are available free of charge.
Restaurants, shops, and the center of the island of Vir can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. Just 700 m from the resort there is the pebble beach Jadro offering all kinds of entertainment activities and programs for children and adults. This popular pebble beach is a favorite promenade along the coastline, ideal for relaxing evening strolls.
Within this fenced tourist complex with video surveillance there is a reception area. Guests of the resort can use the fitness center, wellness center with sauna, massage table and shower as well as a football, basketball, badminton, and volleyball court free of charge.
