Villor i Vitorchiano

“Vi är två familjer som har bott i "la Ficoncella" en vecka i juni. Huset uppfyllde mer än väl alla våra förväntningar. Stort hus med en lägenhet på varje våning (låsbar dörr mellan våningarna). Totalt tre toaletter, en diskmaskin, två tvättmaskiner. Sängkläder och handdukar och badlakan fanns att låna. Allt kändes rent och fräscht. Poolområdet älskades av barnen. Poolen är 140 cm djup över hela så armpuffar är bra till mindre barn. I den välskötta trädgården finns citroner, fikon, plommon,...

“We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location”

Ed il posto è incantevole: circondata da ulivi e verde. Bellissimo il porticato. Abbiamo apprezzato il camino (con legna a disposizione) che ha reso davvero piacevoli le nostre serate. Per i cani c'è un ampio giardino recintato. La cucina è fornita davvero di tutto. Gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno accolto e fatto trovare in casa...

Good location if you want to explore the rest of Umbria and Rome. Everything went very smoothly with the owner and everyone else involved. Quick response if we had something to ask. “Lovely villa in the Umbrian countryside, about 15' minutes from Todi, on a country road surrounded by picturesque vistas. Great panoramas of Todi and surrounding hills. The villa had all the necessary requirements for a prolonged stay. Very nicely landscaped. The owner was easy to get in touch with, and there is a local caretaker, who is available to help, clean and even cook. Wi-fi was iffy, but probably par for the location. Great place for a gateway from the maddening crowds and about 1 hr...

Villa is better than pictures, lot of space both indoor and outdoors, Swimming pool a bit cold temperatur but very nice with the outdoor kitchen that we used for baking and homemade pizza in the oven. Just fantastic, would love to come back”

“The Red House was an excellent place to stay. Otricoli and the surrounding area are just a short walk away, which means you can leave the car at home. The house was very clean and tidy, but remember to buy and place some ant traps if having insects around the place bothers you :) All in all, a top 5 star house and an excellent host”
