All ending in finding out long stay guests rooms get cleaned last (about 5pm, if they have time) and i needed to tell them when and what i wanted, which is what i was doing but they couldnt do so. I only asked if my room could be cleaned bf 2pm. I was told no. Very unhappy.”

“Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!”

“The property was in a convenient location to access downtown Grand Rapids & to get on or off the interstate. I only complaint we had was how cold the temperature was in the indoor pool. Other than that the staff was friendly & helpful, plus there was a good selection for breakfast.”
