  • Volcano Hale Mauka välkomnar dig till en härlig privat stuga inbäddad mitt i regnskogen! Vårt hus är mycket rent och välutrustat. Hale Mauka erbjuder dig en plats att komma hem till och koppla av efter en lång dag ute med utflykter och aktiviteter.

    Priserna gäller för upp till 4 gäster. Antalet gäster får inte överstiga 4.

    Njut av vårt 110 gallon stora badkar för TVÅ personer med privat utsikt över regnskogen! Vårt badkar är så välisolerat att det håller sig varmt i timmar! Vem behöver en jacuzzi eller ett spa? ..

    Våra två sovrum är båda utrustade med bekväma sängar. En California King-madrass från Tempur-Pedic i det ena sovrummet och en queen size-madrass med pillow top i det andra.

    Njut av ditt morgonkaffe från Kona eller ett glas vin på kvällen ute på lanai-verandan medan du lyssnar på regnskogens ljud och upplever dess magi.. När du sitter på vår lanai ser du inget annat än enorma ormbunksträd, massor av fåglar och våra lokala Kalij-fasaner!

    Vi har en fantastisk öppen spis som värmer upp huset under de kyliga regnskogskvällarna, och vi tillhandahåller en startmängd ved. Njut av Smart-TV:n där du kan titta på dina favoritfilmer på Netflix, Prime och liknande. Vi har även några DVD-filmer att välja mellan om du bara vill ta det lugnt hemma. Tre takfönster i vårt tak släpper in månsken eller solljus i köket och vardagsrummet för stämningsfull belysning.

    Byn och nationalparken ligger mindre än 3 miles bort. Du kan också utforska vårt konstnärskollektiv och äta på några ono (smakrika) restauranger här i Volcano. Vårt kök här på Hale Mauka är perfekt utrustat med allt du behöver för att laga mat hemma eller använda gasgrillen utomhus. Vår matsal är nästan helt inglasad med utsikt över den vackra regnskogen!

Great property. Well decorated, super clean, had all the amenities needed, and so close to the national park. No HVAC, but realized quickly that it was not needed.

This was a cozy spot! Property was well maintained and clean. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with supplies, the laundry, and the comfy bed. The house is minutes from the National Park entrance. The pre-arrival communication was very accurate and helpful.

Everything was clean and perfect when I arrived. Most important, the bed was one of the most comfortable that I have slept on while away from home - and that is saying something. It was a wonderful location and easy access to the highway. I highly recommend!

The house is very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a few minutes from the entrance of Hawaiʻi Volcanoes National Park. It felt like a true backcountry basecamp for exploring the caldera and the Thurston Lava Tube.

The property is lovely and conveniently located. Our only issue was the 3 printed requests in the kitchen for tipping the housekeeper. We have never encountered this before at a VRBO and it was very off putting. Aside from that, everything else about the property is awesome

Perfect stay for exploring Volcano

The family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was super convenient to access the park as well as restaurants in the village and the home itself was nicely furnished for a comfortable couple of nights.

Paradise in paradise

Private and comfortable this charming house is in the perfect location to visit the Volcano national park. Great beds, well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a super clean and cozy place to relax.

The house was lovely. The setting nestled in the tropical foliage was magical. The property had everything we needed, except an iron. The location is ideal, not far from the Volcano National Park. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! It was the perfect peaceful retreat, surrounded by beautiful rainforest while still being conveniently located for exploring Volcano National Park and Hilo.The cabin was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of our favorite parts was simply sitting on the lanai, listening to the coquí frogs at night and the birds singing during the day. It felt like being immersed in nature. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have any bug issues during our stay.I wasn’t able to get a fire going in the fireplace, but that was probably user error on my part, so I wouldn’t count that against the cabin.The only thing that could make this place even better would be adding a hot tub on the lanai. There’s plenty of room for one in the corner, and soaking while surrounded by the rainforest would make an already wonderful stay truly unforgettable.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. Highly recommended!
