Summary:
This luxurious 2 bedroom + loft villa is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort, right across the shared BBQ and swimming pool area. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.

The Space:
The Waikoloa Beach Resort features luscious greenery, koi ponds, a shared swimming pool, fitness room, and BBQ stations to enjoy.

We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.

You'll be 1 mile from the white sandy beach, Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay). King's and new Queen's shops are less than a mile away and offer great shopping and dining choices. Swimming with dolphins, snorkeling, windsurfing, golfing, or going on a tour on one of the glass bottom boats is all close by for a perfect tropical vacation.

Enter through the double doors to a comfortable living room with seating around a 70" Smart HDTV and access to a wrap around lanai. Enjoy outdoor cookouts on the BBQ grill out on the lanai overlooking the golf course.

The large kitchen is well equipped with upgraded appliances to make homemade meals. There are several restaurants nearby to enjoy if you don't feel like cooking! The kitchen has a breakfast nook for 4 and the formal dining room has seating for 6.

The 2 master bedrooms have King beds, a 50" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and an ensuite bathroom. The 1st master bathroom has dual sinks and a standing shower. The 2nd master bathroom has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a standing shower.

The loft has 2 Twin beds and a small work desk if you need to get some work done! There is a shared half bathroom available as well. There is central AC to keep you cool during the Summer months!

This is a single story villa so you won't have to worry about carrying your luggage up any stairs. Each room ensures privacy and is the perfect getaway for friends and family looking to relax and explore the Hawaiian island!

Air-conditioning in the condo: The A/C is set to come on only when the temperature in the condo exceeds 75F. The A/C is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the A/C.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Other Things to Note:
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
Air-conditioning in the condo: We follow Department of Energy recommendation and the limit on the AC is 76F. Between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm, the AC is on a 4-hour timer. The AC is controlled from a central thermostat. The timer needs to be activated to have the thermostat control the AC. To turn the AC on, simply turn the nest dial to adjust the temperature setting.
