Quite a delightful spot near all the prime locations in Dunedin and the place has wonderful views. We enjoyed playing records on the turntable and lounging in the lovely living room. Highly recommend this exquisite Edwardian grand home. ”

“This is our second visit to this property. This is amazing place with the sea view dominates around say 200 degrees. It is definitely as described on the web site, totally relaxing and quiet, surrounded by great gardens and mature trees. “This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.”
