*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.

*Our property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

*IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 4. If you wish to add more guests to your trip, there is an extra person fee of $30 per guest beyond the standard allowed guests.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.

Relaxing and unwinding stay. The unit was well equipped. Kitchen has all the necessities, we had chairs snorkeling equipment and beautiful views eveyday

This condo was in a very quiet area. All we could hear at night was the waves breaking just steps away. It’s centrally located on the island and easy to get anywhere. I would recommend staying here.

Whale watching was perfect. 20 feet from the ocean. The interior was adequate but getting aged. Screen door to lanai wouldn't open or close properly. Tv reception was poor. Showers were old fashion. Cleanliness was poor in places. Toilets were not clean. sand in many places inside. Elevator was very old and slow. Outside of building was good. Pool was small but good. No beach at all in front of building a do not enter sign with fencing kept all away. Sandy beach and public beach nearby. Never could see property manager on site and office always closed and locked. Reports of cars broken into and gas stolen.parking spots were very narrow. A perfect stay because it was in Mauii but an overpriced stay because of the negatives.

The location of the condo is great - beautiful views, right on the water, short walk to the beach. The pool and grilling area were great to have. Functional kitchen and everything you need to cook. Good sized rooms and good beds. Very nice to have beach supplies (snorkels, boogie board, chairs, cooler, toys, ect). Maalaea was a great location!
