If service was on same level as the resort it sealf it would have been more than excellent. Moreover, they had No guards on bech or pool and food was of low level. “Vi bodde på det här hotellet i fem dagar och det var superbra. Läget är perfekt med utsikt över havet och nära till stranden. Poolområdet var fint med många solstolar, bra pool, poolbar och en mycket populär bubbelpool. Lobby trevlig, gymmet helt ok (inte så mycket fria vikter). Restaurangen var dock en besvikelse. Vi åt iofs bara frukost där men den var medelmåttig och med tanken på den lite dyra menyn skippade vi att äta middag där. Överlag var hotellet bra och servicen höll hög nivå så vi var...

Breakfast was not good. Quick carbs and sugar buffet type of thing. But it’s something I guess. Watch out for traffic during busy hours. Gets pretty clogged up quickly.”

“This was our first time to any of the Hawaiian Islands and we are glad we picked Kauai. We rented a car and went on adventures every day and still had time to relax in the pool and hot tub at the end of each day. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and we were glad for the use of the BBQs. All in all it was a wonderful experience.”

“Absolutely loved the view and the unit is SO cute!!! We had an issue with cockroaches two nights in a row even after following the rules (no open food.. etc). It was after hours Seth replied relatively quickly and got someone out the next day to put traps out. But we already just felt uncomfortable. The day before we received a message about check in fees. (extra fees, check in fee, parking fee and resort fee) that was not disclosed until the day before arrival. Bathroom fan did not work,...

“Yes, the property could use some updating, but what property doesn't if it's not brand new... we have two very minor complaints.. 1. we could have used a microwave in the room.. 2. we did not understand that we were a "private" property, so when we needed more coffee and toilet paper, were told to call our private housekeeper.... When she showed up at the door, she seemed very perturbed that we couldn't get our own?? But other than that.. we had a Terrific Time!! and can't wait to go back!!”

“Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems...
