“We loved our stay! There was room for everyone with plenty of indoor and outdoor areas both to be together and to have space away from each other. It was so well equipped and we enjoyed all the little extras provided. The spa and the pizza oven were a hit with everyone.”

“Great weekend at the perfect spot, had all of us checking our Lotto tickets hoping we had won so we could offer to buy the property. Facilities were well utilised, spa pool and kayaks and heaps of room for our very large family.”

“We enjoyed our short stay in this property. You need a car to get around as the driveway to the house is very steep. Also this 3 story home will require some heavy lifting of baggage up the stairs. Once there everything is well provided and very comfortable.”

“Bath and spa great. Comfortable beds, lovely place and clean, a lot supplied. Though parties friday night, house next to us same property, then next door, another property, saturday night to 3,30am, then they turned down volumne. Other nights quiet, great location.”

“The house is very beautiful, spacious, close to the Redwood tree walk and just couple of minutes driving to the city centre. Clean, modern house and the biggest benefit was the jacuzzi in the patio. Can only recommend!”

“The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!”

“Overall very enjoyable and only hitch no gas for the BBQ, but felt maintenance had been let slip, lights in one bathroom didn't work, clothes dryer door latch broken, main doors to deck unable to be used, outdoor chair broken, coffee milk-frother agitator missing, broken tile in laundry floor, all minor other than the deck doors and could/should have been repaired before our stay.”
