“wonderful place to stay with family and doggy family also. Very secure for the dogs with ample room outside in garden area. House is large and has a feel at home feeling to it. extremely clean and comfy with all the comforts of cafes, supermarket, resturants and beach close by. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting accom in tauranga. ”

“It was our second stay at The Gin Trap, and the whole family enjoyed it, including our furry family member.The location is stunning, and even winter time is definitely worth it. Will definitely come back!”

“The house, grounds and view were wonderful. Everything we needed was there, and the host was very helpful. If i texted he got back to me promptly. He was also helpful in making suggestions of interesting places to go and sights to see. Highly recommend, i would stay there again!”

“Perfect little unit for a couple nights stay, great location, only a couple minutes walk to Papamoa Plaza and local brewery "The Island" which is great for families with kids! Amazing pizza too :) Came in winter so didn't get to check out the beach but it was in walking distance too. Unit was well equipped and clean. Easy check in and check out. “A peaceful spot with a stunning view in a house straight out of a fairytale! So many cool things to do and see nearby or you can just stay in, play some board games and enjoy the vista. We found this property to be clean, tidy, and with everything we needed with some vintage charm. Great communication too - Tim was super helpful with tips. We can tell this is a much loved family home as well. Thank you!”
