Great central location and good for trams, especially if travelling to Tramlines festival. Lots of extra facilities in building like a laundry room which was very useful. “I was shocked over how filthy and dirty it was everywhere! When i contacted the landlord over wet towel still left in tbe washer machine and also the fact it was an old used plaster inside the rim, i was met with nothing but, "you can just trow the towel in the bin and i can also come and show you how to use the washer machine", I was a bit gobsmacked. “Good location with parking, slight issue with the parking as you are given an allocated spot but upon arrival there was a vehicle already parked in the spot, quick phone call and instructions given to park elsewhere which was fine. Entry door system was hit and miss, didn’t work upon arrival but then on return did the same thing but it worked. Stayed in a 2 bedroom but only one bathroom so if you were not from the same family it might cause a few issues. ”

“The room overlooked the Shalesmoor tram stop and a busy roundabout so there was no break from traffic noise. Given the room was stinking hot and no aircon in summer, the only way of reducing noise was closing the window. Tv not working. No kettle, felt springs from bed”
