“This was our 1st stay at the Silver Reef, but not our last. Right off, friendly hotel staff, our room was very spacious very clean with a very inviting King bed. Noticed lots of security through out the facility it was a nice time.. ”

“We were looking for a place to stay for New Years Eve in Birch Bay - It had everything as advertised and a bit more - we did have some plumbing issues, but the host took care of that right away, which was awesome - would stay again”

“My only comment would be to suggest that there could be a lamp beside the bed that is easy to turn off when you are in bed . The lamp has the switch at the top which requires you to get out of bed to turn it off . More hangers also on the clothes rack please ”

“Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Had no issues. Place was even cuter in person. You are within walking distance to beach and restaurants. I do wish there was a map of the condo complex, this would identify the clubhouse and exactly where the unit is located. We didn’t have any issues with locating the clubhouse or unit but others might. Would 10/10 recommend. ”
